It completely shuts down then restarts itself. No blue screen at all.
Everything has to restart again once booted up.
@xTegs That makes a hardware issue more likely. So some hardware monitoring is in order. You can download hwinfo (free) from here:
https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
You don't need to install it; just download the portable version, unzip it, and launch it directly from Downloads. (If you do want to install, be sure to click the green button, not the orange one.) First, restart your computer, wait a couple of minutes, launch hwinfo, make sure it's set to sensors only, and click the icon that's a sheet of paper with a + sign to start logging. Wait five minutes, then launch Origin and TS4, and play for 20 minutes or until your PC shuts down. You can stop the logging by clicking the same icon.
The log file can be uploaded in .csv format to a third-party filesharing site (leave the link here). Or you can change it to .txt format (just log.txt, not log.csv.txt) and attach it to a post here; I don't think it would be too large.

So it took awhile to actually get a crash out of the game/PC as it only happens when I'm streaming. So I set up a test stream and let it run with the software and I got it logged 🙂
The file, though, is an unsupported format? Can we not upload excel spreadsheets here? ☹️

@xTegs I got your log, in .csv format, so the upload worked fine. It's not a supported file format here, but you can theoretically save it as a .txt file instead. However, I had trouble reading another log in .txt format, so I was glad to have the .csv instead.
Did you get a system crash (as in, the whole PC rebooted) when you were logging? There's nothing obvious in the log: no high temps, no fluctuating voltage, none of the usual obvious culprits. What do you have for a power supply? The easiest way to find out is just to look at it. I'm interested in the manufacturer, the wattage, and the rating. And what do you have for a motherboard? If you're not sure, at least one of the headers in hwinfo should list it.

I have this pc: https://www.pccasegear.com/products/47770/pccg-glacier-2070-super-gaming-system-2
But yes, I get a whole system crash every time. PC reboots automatically.
I've never had any issues though like, I can play any other game and stream for hours, but something about the sims, streaming and my PC just don't get along anymore...
