@SariesGamer You shouldn't see the Unrecognized Video Card error more than once, or once per Sims 4 user folder. The options.ini file is supposed to store the information that you've already seen that error and suppress it going forward. So unless you're deleting that file, or refreshing the folder it's in, each time you open the game, there's no reason the error should keep showing up. Let me know if you are in fact deleting the file or folder.
For the unrecognized card itself, I can help with that, but it shouldn't be causing the crashes. Instead, try allocating a larger page file, as described here (option three):

Set the initial size to 12000 and the maximum to 12288, then restart your computer and try again to play.
If you get more crashes, please try playing with nothing else running in Parallels aside from the EA App.

It usually only bring up the error once but still continues to close out of the game when I try to open a lot.
I will try your solutions and let you know what works.

Oh. and I have uninstalled and re-installed the EA app and Sims 4 twice, so I am not sure if that may be affecting the folders you mentioned.

@SariesGamer Uninstalling Sims 4 shouldn't affect the user folder, but sometimes it does. Let me know whether increasing the page file and shutting down all other running apps helps, and if not, we'll go from there.
