    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

Right-click GraphicsCards.sgr and select Copy.  Open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > ConfigOverride, right-click the empty space, and select Paste.  This is the copy of the file you'll be working with, as it won't get reverted after a patch.  And if you mess up the edit, you can delete this copy and go get a new one from the Bin folder.

Open the file (Notepad is fine) and you'll see ATI (i.e. AMD) right at the top.  Under that first line, create a new line and add this:

    card 0x7550 "AMD Radeon RX 9070" $cardLevelUber $resolutionHigh

The line should have four spaces at the beginning so that it lines up with the ones below it.

Save the change, close the file, open Sims 4, quit, and check Config.log again.
