Unsupported graphics card
I'm getting an error message that i have an unsupported graphics card. I'm playing va EA. it was working fine before but ever since I've gotten that error message it moves extremely slow.

Please also go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Config.log, copy the first 40 or so lines (stop when you get to Options), and paste the info here. You can delete your user and computer names, about 20 lines down; the file doesn't contain any other personal information.

@NajNaj4 That section of Config.log definitely shows the problem: either your computer doesn't have a proper graphics driver installed, or Sims 4 can't use it. That's why it's using the Microsoft basic driver instead.
This is usually fixed by reinstalling the driver, with or without removing the current one first. But I can't tell you whether the latter is necessary or what driver to use without a dxdiag.
