There are times the game updates don't work properly for me either. The only solution that I found to work when that happems was to uninstall and then reinstall the game. It is time consuming and dumb, but works.
Hi would you happen to know if doing so could fix a similar issue but after the 10th ?
I couldn't update my game before the deadline and now my game isn't compatible with the EA app (the app won't even open) and I'm trying to find a solution so that I can play again.
I tried launching the game from other apps like Steam and Epic Games but it doesn't work either.

Are you seeing a specific error message or error code when you try to update your game through the EA app?
