Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I signed on to my EA App to see if my game would work today. It's fully installed. My Sims game is not showing in my library at all. I have all but six of the kits for my game. Is anyone else having this issue where their game isn't even showing and could that explain why my game wouldn't run yesterday? I don't know. I really need help. Is it worth uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself to see if I can get it work again?
