Updates and Verifying Game Files !!!Solved!!!

My Game wont load past Verifying game files. Have removed caches. Re installed Origin And the sims 4. Also cant re add my expansion. Please Please help

    Mhm, okay. Try:

    1. Go to control panel.
    2. Go to Internet options.
    3. Click the connections tab and at the bottom of the window click on LAN SETTINGS.
    4. uncheck the option Use a proxy server for your LAN.
    5. Click Apply.
    6. Close Origin restart the program and computer.

    If this doesn't work , your antivirus or firewall could be blocking your connection, try to add origin in your firewall list

    Could also be your security software blocking the connection

    @toniann29

    What version of windows do you have?

    If you have windows 10, click the search button and write Control panel i whatever language your Windows is, and it should show up.

    please could you maybe try and help me but for Mac???? same problem, but in my settings there is no option to untick proxy server etc.
