Uploading Sims from the gallery does not work properly.

@SheriGR Hi, Thank you so much! It appears I accidentally downloaded households that used items I didn't have, but when I saved them to my library, they told me they didn't use any packs. It appears the search filter for pack specific content wasn't working. Just tried it with a household that for real doesn't use content and that fixed it. Tysm!
