Using a portable drive to install the sims 4 HELP PLEASE

There is not an aplication or a .exe inside the disk that i can use to install the sims. HELP PLEASE.

That looks a bit weird, do you have a legal copy of The Sims 4? Was it in a original box with foil around it?
