Im facing a Problem that i cant use the vampire pack it is showed as bought and installed but in game
i dont have anything from the pack ( the vampire world or stuff like the Coffin) in the EA Launcher it says manage on steam
also in the game when i click on the vampire pack there stands The Sims 4 and all game updates required see minimum pack requirements
can someone please help me?
@SyNc1_121 To use any packs you've bought through Steam, you need to install the Sims 4 base game through Steam as well. Uninstall the EA App version first, then download your game and owned packs using Steam, and they should appear in-game.
puzzlezaddict thank you for your reply the problem with steam is that once linked the acc with ea and unlinked it so now i cant link the steam game with ea again because you can only limk the acc one time
SyNc1_121 You can typically link the same Steam and EA accounts back to each other again, although there may be a requirement to wait a few months. Regardless, without that link, you won't be able to access the content you've bought on Steam.
