Did this message appear after you entered the code for the first time? If so, I'd suggest you contact the retailer and ask them for refund or product replacement. They sold you a faulty product and they have to fix it.
If they refuse to help you, you can try to contact Customer Support. You should keep your receipts as they will probably request a proof of purchase.
How to contact EA advisor:
- Visit http://help.ea.com/ and log in with your Origin account
- Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
- Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
- Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next
- You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you selectHope this helps 🙂
