Vet Clinic Not Working

So I bought the vet clinic that was already in the game, and although in map view it shows my family as owning it, I am unable to transfer any funds from household to business because when I go to click the register icon it states that I don't own any businesses. I have restarted the game, both with and without any CC installed, with the same result. I cannot sell and rebuy it, as there is no option anywhere for me to sell the business either in live view or in map view, Help?

    @WonkoTheSane0485 When you removed the cc and mods, did you also remove the localthumbcache.package file from the \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder? If not please do so and when you still experience the same issues try repairing the game in Origin. Then check if the clinic is yours or if you can still buy it. 

    I hope it will solve one of the issues.
