vet clinics broken

Vet clinics seem to be broken. Whenever I have to take my sims pets to the vet after signing in nothing happens. The vets never come get my pet, they just stand there talking or playing with future cubes. I usually just have to but wellness treats but I can't get my pets spayed :/

    @Dahliliia Any mods/cc in your game ?

    Is this your own vet clinic or not owned ? Is it the one that came with the game or did you build your own ?

    @crinrict I removed all mods and still had the same issue. Also, I did build the clinic but my sim does not own the clinic I just took my dog there to get spayed. The vets just stand around for hours not helping any animals, they just chat or play with their future cubes.

    @Dahliliia Could you test if the default clinic works ? If you bulldozed it, just try a new save for testing.
