@White_Lotus1221 Are you getting the "unrecognized video card" error or the "can't run Sims 4 with the video card in this system" error? The first can be ignored, and it only means that the GPU's device ID isn't in the game's database. Please do make sure that Sims 4 is using your RTX 4050 though. Open Config.log, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, scroll down about 30 lines, and find the "Graphics device info" section. That will list the GPU the game is using at startup.
If you're getting the second error, please let me know what antivirus you use. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
