video card not found now origin wont work

ive been playing this game since i bought it with no problems until today i tried to get it to open and it keeps popping up with an error message saying

"unable to start:

can't run the sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video driverse are installed.
(0e6d1221;1df4e8dc;00000000)"

again I KNOW my video card meets the minimum specs because ive been playing this game since september or whenever it was realeased because i bought it the day it came out.

I have a AMD Radeon 6670 series video card.  And I have installed ALL NEW drivers for this card. its also brand new as in 6-7 months old. so i know its not my card.

my boyfriend also builds computers, and has tried everything he can think of technical wise with the video card but still nothing.

once again ive been playing for months no problems til today.

okay so ive ran an antivirus ive gotten all problems off computer ive waited approx. 12 hours for the sims 4 to reinstall, and ive uninstalled origin and TRYING to reinstall origin and now its not installing,

i try to install it, and then it installs and runs an update, then the update will stop half way thru and close out saying,

"origin cannot update please go to origin.com to get the latest version of origin"

then it has a link to the origin client download page.

can someone please help me??? like seriously help me. this is really getting tiring trying to figure out everything not to mention my computer is officially fully up to date on everything after all of this mess.. -__-

Have you tried reinstalling the game and origin or scanning for viruses?

If all your drivers for your graphics card is up to date. And there are no bugs or viruses detected, yet the game continues to give you erros. Format the computer, it doesn't take long.

That's what I would do. Just start over again, hope this helps. =)
