Video card not recognized

Hello! I just bought a brand new PC and installed the sims on it. 

When loading the game, it says "unrecognized video card". I have tried looking it up and honestly I am not really tech savvy, so I am unsure what to do. If someone could help me that would truly be wonderful. I will list my graphics card info below. Thank you!

    JustCierraDawn​  Open [install location]\Game\Bin, here by default for an EA App or Steam install:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

    Right-click GraphicsCards.sgr and select Copy.  Open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > ConfigOverride, right-click the empty space, and select Paste.  This is the copy of the file you'll be working with, as it won't get reverted after a patch.  And if you mess up the edit, you can delete this copy and go get a new one from the Bin folder.

    Open the file (Notepad is fine) and use ctrl-F to search for Nvidia , which will take you here:

    vendor "NVIDIA" 0x10B4 0x12D2 0x10DE

    Under that line, create a new line and copy and paste this:

    card 0x2d04 "NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti" $cardLevelUber $resolutionHigh

    The line should have four spaces at the beginning so that it lines up with the ones below it.

    Save the change, close the file, open Sims 4, quit, and check Config.log again.

    vampyxangel​  The instructions are the same for all Nvidia cards with the exception of this line:

    card 0x2d04 "NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti" $cardLevelUber $resolutionHigh

    Instead of 2d04 , you'd put the device ID of your GPU.  Open Config.log, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, scroll down about 30 lines, and you'll see a line that looks something like this:

    Chipset: Vendor: 106b, Device: 0000, Board: 00000000, Chipset: 0000

    You'll use the four digits after Device.  For the card name, just delete the Ti after the 5060 in the line above.

    I have a nvidia geforce rtx 5060, and it keeps saying unrecognised and the config file says 0 found, I looked online and in the forums for similar and understand you can edit the GraphicsCards.sgr file but I'm just not sure what mine would put with the numbers

    Hi i have the same problem but with nvidia geforce rtx 5060, the same one as theirs but not the ti, would you be able to help?
