Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart the computer after installing and before trying to play.
By the way, your computer's free storage on C is a bit low. It's not critical yet, but now would be a good time to think about what you can transfer to D, or at least what you can delete, for example leftover installers or .zip files in Downloads.
