have you been able to test this without mods installed ?

- It was still there, the bug was caused by the video station itself. It sometimes makes 2 copies of the video files in the inventory. To prevent the problem, I open the save file from an earlier time stamp and edit and add transitions as per normal and the video copy was gone.

do you get the double copy often ? Do you get the double copy on a game that has no mods ?
It's very likely that removing the mod doesn't automatically fix the duplicates but it would be good to know if they can happen on a vanilla game.
