Smowkii If you delete the posters, do the black dots disappear? You don't need to save your progress, but I'm curious as to whether this helps, and if so, whether the problem comes back when you put the posters back, or place other posters in the same location.
Please test with at least some non-cc posters.
Hello! I just opened the game again and did some testing. CC posters and maxis posters are not the ones glitching, it just seems to be the decals. I checked with both CC and maxis decals, they both have the glitchy lines around the object. I moved them all, the lines followed - went to another wall to add new ones and see if they also had the same problem - and they did.
