Visual Glitch When Hovering Mouse Over A Plant

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a house with a plantable item that has been planted into the ground, and hover over it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "Bed Assignment" thing will show up, like if you hover your mouse over an assigned bed. The plant's information is covered by it and the hover effect will stay for 15 seconds.
What do you expect to see? The plant's information and no "bed assignment" hover effect will show up.

This bug is a little annoying to me and just started to show up, I don't think this has anything to do with the new cc I downloaded, as the bug had shown up before installing the cc in question. I wonder if this is happening to others and not just me, because I'm not sure how to fix it.
