That is so weird. Watched your vid and I can tell you that doesn't happen or ever has happened for me. I have had my camera jump to odd places in both live and build when I went to click on a spot but not when drawing walls like you show in the vid. So, the only things I can think of for you to try is to try a game repair and to take a look at your mouse sensitivity settings in your computer settings and maybe adjust them if it continues to happen after repairing. There are no mouse settings for the game itself in Gameplay Options. But the thing is, you probably don't need to adjust anything if you are not having mouse issues like this in other games and apps you use and if it only happens in TS4.
Hope this helps.

Hi!
It is really odd! And that it always jumps diagonally! I actually tried with a different mouse as well to make sure it wasnt a mouse-issue, but the same problem persisted. I've also tried to see if the mouse sensitivity is off in other games, but nope, it's only TS4.
I'm going to try to repair the game and see if it helps!👍

Will move back if it turns out to be a bug :D

So, I tried repairing the game, but the issue remains. I did some more testing and it happens on every lot in every world.

Like I said earlier, this is just so weird. And since it happens in all worlds, it's got to be something unique to your game or computer.
I did think of one other thing. I use a wireless mouse and keyboard which have batteries. My game will go for months with no problem, and then, all of a sudden, my mouse will become really erratic in TS4. Jumps all over the place. Can't click on things, etc. It only happens in TS4 too. It does not happen in any other game I play or app I use. Even though the little light on my mouse shows green meaning the batteries are still good, if I change the batteries, then everything goes back to normal until the next time they get low. The same thing happens with my keyboard except when those batteries get low, it just stops altogether.
So, if you are using a wireless mouse, then try changing the batteries. Put in some new ones. Or, if you have a wired mouse, try that one. That will tell you if it is the game or a hardware issue like low batteries. I know you said you tried another mouse, but if that one is wireless too, it could have low batteries too if it's been sitting around for a long time or if you moved the batteries between the two mice it could have just transferred the problem to the other mouse. And when you change the batteries, take a look to see if the battery contact points are clean. Clean them if the metal contacts are not shiny or look like something is on them.
Hope this helps.

I use a wired mouse and the second one was wired as well😅 So it can't be a battery issue. I also checked a few times whether it couls be like a hair or something on the mouse sensor, but it's not. And the issue is also only when building walls, never for example during furnishing, putting on wallpaper or during gameplay, literally only during building walls or fences.
