WASD panning not working

Title already says, the Keys don't seem to be working. Neither can I pan with the arrow keys. All the other shortcuts seem to work fine except the 'putting an object higher/lower' and the panning.  ...

    @xX_Lytaria_Xx  Please try changing the keyboard layout to English (U.S.) just to see whether it helps.

    Oops yeah, that worked. Thank you so much. I thought since it was already on English that didn't matter but apparently it worked.
