Every time my sims go to the Island Bluffs or any pool for that matter the water texture starts rising into the sky and going into a loop for some reason. Is this a glitch or just graphics issue.
tried to insert images but didn't work so here's links.
top is texture leaving, bottom is texture in sky.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
Perhaps post pictures. They can be inserted directly in an answer.
In the first image you can see the water texture starts leaving and in the second it's up in the sky.
It seems to be the normal mist created by Mist and Bubble grates in the pool.
If you create your own pool and add a steam grate you should see a mist form above it.
Is the mist meant to do this?
