Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
- @jpkarlsen Tried this, unfortunately did not work. :/ Thank you though. Is there anything else I could do?

In the first image you can see the water texture starts leaving and in the second it's up in the sky.
