My sims seem to be experiencing weather INSIDE. They don't have a reaction to it like when they're outside but, precipitation isn't stopped by the roof or walls. It doesn't gather like the snow on the ground, either...but it's pretty annoying.
I am having the same issue. I re built my roof and made sure I had full coverage and this is still happening
Yeah I have the same issue with rain animation not stopping by the walls while being inside.
