I have no idea what this is. No matter where she is, or how I edit her or reset her she has this weird blinking on the back of her shoulder. What is it???
I was able to fix it. I used to a cheat to remove all the buffs that were on her, and that included that listening device buff and the blinking has stopped. Thanks for your help though!
Thanks for the reply. I tried all of that and she's still blinking. It's weird though, because she is literally the only Sim who is doing that. No one else is. And she's not my playable Sim. I loaded her up to film that video, but she's actually just an NPC that my Sim was friends with so I noticed the constant blinking. There is no custom content and she's still just blinking like that. It's the strangest thing. And it's very much connected to her and only her.
I do! I thought that's what it might be but I didn't put it on her. How do I get it to stop?

I took it off only from the NPC sim. Never from the played sim. But I think the way is the same. Click on her when you play another sim and find options what will take this device off.
You can also try to attach this device to her and immediately issued a removal order. In this way, probably it can delete all that she has.
Eventually, take her in CAS and try to do this. Select only objects from Strangerville in CAS. Maybe this will be there.
