Weird Columns (I don't know if this should be here, but help please)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Get to work, Get together, City living, Cats and Dogs, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine out, Spa day, Outdoor retreat, Bowling night stuff, Vintage glamour stuff, Romantic garden stuff, Movie hangout stuff, Spooky stuff, Cool kitchen stuff, Perfect patio stuff, Luxury party stuff, Holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Placing a column on a medium (or high idk) wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? The column shrinks back to the short wall hight, and that overhang thing you can add goes weird.
What do you expect to see? The column as high as the wall and the overhang not being weird.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Look, I don't know where this should be but I have an issue.As you can see in the image above, I have a medium sized wall, but the columns keep shrinking to the short wall size, and I don't know what to do.
