@aishahalesi Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If Windows, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you have a Mac, please list its full specs: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.
I just upgraded PCs and it runs Windows. I just finished the dxdiag check.
