Weird Glitch with Sims 4 Vampires and City Living

I just got City Living and Vampires for sims 4. Whenever i Travel or build and go into Live Mode I cant move, save or exit. The bar and such on the bottom just COMPLETELY Disappear. The only way to fix it is to force quit and restart it. I have removed ALL script mods that have stopped working but it still happens. Does anyone know what is happening here??

    Could you try letting the game make a new game folder?
    - Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\
    - Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 old' 
    - Start the game, this will create a new folder.
    - Test the game, if it works fine start moving folders from 'The Sims 4 old' over to the new folder.

    actually it seems i was wrong. it must be something in my mod's folder. do you know what type of mod would do this?
