LOGSTER9999 You're right, there's nothing in your dxdiag that would explain the issue, although I wanted to check just in case. I will say that disabling mods and custom content is (somehow) not the same as removing the Mods folder, as in, some mod- or cc-related effects can persist. So please test with your Mods folder removed. You can use a new save if you don't want your existing ones affected.
You can also upload this lot to the Gallery if you'd like other people to look at it. List the lot name, and list your username on the Gallery as well if it's not the same as your name here.
I tried disabling and removing my mods folder, but the glitch still persists. My username is the same as it is here and I've only got one lot on my gallery which is this affected glitched one. I will also just put "glitched" in the name of the lot.
