@waterice598 Messages like that usually point towards an outdated mods (although there can be game issues causing error codes).
This one is not one I'm familiar with so I'm guessing one of your mods is causing issues.
Does it work if you don't use any mods/cc at all ? Make sure to backup your save before removing your mdos.
If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.
