when entering product code, it comes up with an error.

I have installed/updated and logged in successfully with origin, however, when I enter my activation/product code it says that an error has occurred and to try again later.  Not very impressed with ...

Are you sure you are entering the code correctly. B for an 8 or a 0 for an O. These are common mistakes. Please post the exact error message.
