Where are the torrest out side the lab?

the task was 1 ask a torrest about the day and the one beneath was yell at a torrest but out side looked pretty deserted as no one about only the workers. So does this mean to complete this task woul...

    There's usually Sims at the little picnic area to the south of the lab.

    I got another question where is the GraniteFalls?  As for my sim Outdoor Enthusiasts for the quests is to catch 5 fish in Granite Falls.

      You need to go on vacation through the phone.

      You do need the Outdoor Retreat expansion pack
