Where did my game go?

Everytime i click on the "chat now" button it will tell me a wait time but i have never been in contact with a game advisor ive been trying for 3 days to get in contact with them. The wait time says u...

With the issues reaching EA, try a different browser like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Opera or Firefox.

    I tried firefox from my work computer, Chrome from my home computer and whatever brower my phone uses and i can't get ahold of anyone ☹️
