Where do I get a Lump of clay? - Sims 4

My sim suddenly just got a lump of clay from her inventory while being in the the art museum in city living so I'd assume she got it from there. I've been looking everywhere for lumps of clay but have...

    In the toy section, if you click on the teddy bear it should be in there 🙂
