Where is my Sims-game?? I played it yesterday and now gone?

Heyy ..! 


I was playing The Sims 4 yesterday (as any other day), and I was gonna play now. But.. It's gone? My savings.. 

I start up the game, and it starts like I just installed it. You know, it said all the packages I have and how to use them.... Like, the game is "new" again if you know what I mean. 

No "load your prev game" or anything.. Just an start-arrow and I need to make a new family?


What happend here! I been playing for days with my new home, and all sudden game reinstalled itself over night or something? 

Nothing weird happend when I started Origin either, no loading or anything.

Help? ☹️ 

Edit: It also says all hours I been playing it.. So it couldn't have reinstalled, I guess it had started again on 0 if I had.

    If you choose new game instead of continue the game world is reset to default.

    Try the load button to start your old savegame.

    There was no load-button :/  Just "new game" and everything is like I never played it before. 

    Bahh :D  Even my gallery is empty, nothing from my prev game. So strange..

    Have you tried loading the world you were using before and seeing if the family is there?  Otherwise, without the load button, it would seem your family is lost the the SimNether ☹️

    Hi @Sillici0us

    there's a bug where the load button doesn't appear if you started a new game and didn't place the SIm.

    So try this: Start your game and hit continue. You should be taken to the move in screen. Do that.

    Then close your game and restart. You should now have a load button to access your old family.
