@LadyT29138 That spinning icon usually means the save is corrupted beyond repair, and it's normally caused by mods. But you can try loading a backup save instead.
Please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then use the manual method to recover a backup save, as described here:

That didn't work. i delete all my save files and start over and that still didn't help

@LadyT29138 Please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. Then launch the game, which will create a new Sims 4 folder. Don't add anything to it yet.
Start a new save, play for a bit, save, quit, open the game again, and see whether you can still play that save. If you can, then try moving one of the backup saves from before into the new user data folder. Again, don't add anything else aside from the one save you're testing.
