Where to put saves folder for Steam

I recently downloaded Sims 4 on steam. I have my old saves but I can't find where I am suppose to place them in files so that my game registers it. I opened the file location of my Sims game when it ...

You are looking at the game files. Saves go in the user folder in the exact same location where you took them from.
