Where's My Snowy Escape Expansion?

dyphillips​  Does the EA App think you own Snowy Escape, and if so, is it listed as installed?  Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and look for SE on the list.  Let me know what you find.

If SE is listed as installed, run a search for it on your computer.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP10 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, which can take a few minutes.  When it's done, expand the window sideways so you can see the full path to each result.  (The search should turn up at least one result, so if you see nothing, it's not finished.)  Click Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the window to take a screenshot, then attach that to a reply here.
