Where's My Snowy Escape Expansion?
Over a year ago I ordered the Snowy Escape expansion, which was on sale. To this day I have not been able to play the Snowy Escape because it's not installed. I get this message: World not installed....

dyphillips Are you missing Snowy Escape or a different pack? Where did you buy the missing pack? And please also make sure you're showing the entire list of results in your search. If what you've posted is everything the search found for EP10, then the pack isn't installed at all.
