It really depends on the specs of your computer, and your personal preferences. My computer can handle ultra settings, however I choose to play on a mix of medium and high settings. It's kind of personal choice really. Play around with the settings to see what you end up liking.

With the specs you have you may have to go with low. As you're working with only 4GB system memory, and that could cause issues with the game like crashing and game lag. - You can add more system memory to help ease this issue.
There's not a lot of memory to run both windows and the game, as Windows 10 can take a lot of resources.
You're also working with an integrated video card, which isn't recommended for gaming. It's got the bare minimum for gaming. (128mb video memory) - You cannot add more memory to the onboard (integrated) graphics.
You might try updating your graphics drivers, turning off Origin in game, and possibly try Windowed mode to help put less stress on the computer.
