White Rash Like Patches on Sim's Skin

@erinmaxwell Could you encircle on the picture what you mean ? It's a bit hard to tell what's the quality of the picture and what your issue is.

I took a closer up screenshot and circled it. I hope that helps. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, but it covers the sim's entire skin and up close the markings look like discolored boxes with dots in the middle of them. I had this happen to one other sim but it's so subtle I didn't notice right away, then months later it appears on a different sim. I compared this one to some other played houses and these markings aren't showing up on others. Unfortunately I don't have any screenshots of this sim before the markings appeared. I have a goofy selfie in game, but the file was too large to fit here for comparison.

Also, as for graphics they automatically are set to ultra with sim detail at very high. 

I tried to do a fresh save and pulled him from the public gallery, still had the same skin markings showing up. I also changed the skin tone to see what would happen, and when I selected a darker one I saw exactly like the issue you shared with me where the skin was covered in that extreme pattern. I tried a lighter tone and it still happens, though it's harder to see. The sim's name is Forrest Kobayashi.
