Starinesa Your dxdiag lists a number of crashes of the graphics driver, and the Sims 4 errors could also be related to the driver. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:

Both drivers are in the VGA category, and you'll want the UMA (Intel) driver and the Nvidia RTX 5050 driver, although it looks like there's a newer driver for some other GPUs that come in this model laptop. It's possible this driver would work for yours too and has simply not been validated, but the older driver is new enough that it should also work with Sims 4.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
