White Screen on The Sims 4

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.71.86.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them apart from, Journey to batu, My first pet stuff, Spooky stuff, Legacy Edition, throwback fit kit and bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know you're the experts. I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin and all the games TWICE and I've pulled out all my mods and I still get the white screen interrupting my game. I even had to repurchase the base game because it wasn't showing up in origin but I still had all the rest of the games. I'm getting really annoyed and sad that I can't unwind at the end of the day and play my favorite game without the white screen popping up.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen goes all white and I have to press the windows key or have to shut my pc down completely and start again. It's a big pain.
What do you expect to see? The game plays normally then suddenly the screen goes all white and I can't see the mouse or anything else. If I'm quick enough I can press the windows key and it'll take me back to my home screen or it wont do anything and I'll have to shut down the pc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
