An SDX does not change the game version number. A patch does. Only a patch updates gameversion.txt and as what you shoved in the screenshot was an older version than the current version which is 1.85.203.1030.
You also wrote that changing the version number manually was reverted by the game which means that the latest patch has not been successfully applied. This again leads to problems with the SDX deliveries as they expect the latest patch to be installed. This points to that your antivirus is blocking necessary changes to the game. If you post what antivirus you use in the thread I linked to someone there can hopefully help you setting it up correctly. After that i recommend to again uninstall and then reinstall the game to see if it is fixed the next time there is a patch. One is expected in the near future.
