Why cant i create a new game
My game (the sims 4) was working fine the first few days but then it suddenly stopped working. By that, i mean, the game will open but if i try to make a new game, my screen will go completely white ...
@gabyxlol The fact that the game works in a clean folder means that the problem is something in your old folder, and you'll need to find out what. Start here:

You'll need to test anything else you want to use that's not on one of the lists, and discard the mods that stop the game from working again.
Once you've done that, you can transfer the files in saves, Tray (saved households and builds), Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those, plus the UserSetting.ini file for the login rewards. The rest can be discarded.
