Why can't I install custom content for the sims 4 on my pc

I just made mine work,if you had the same problem as me, it's because you can enable and disable it in the settings, i don't know if thats your problem, but it was mine, so in case anyone didn't know 🙂)

I have do all of that were I copy my download into mods folder then I open sims and its not there???

Is custom content turned on in your game options ?

my computer is asking me to open in a different app?

I always get a internet browser and it doesn't do anything. I really want to download them

i cant either. when i open them it brigs me to photoshop and says it was the wrong type of file
