Why can't I move Sims 4 from my C drive?

Why can't I move Sims 4 from my C drive? Every time I try to move it to a new drive it keeps going back to my C drive when I open the game again. I've gotten to the point where I have deleted anythin...

    Nevermind I have figured out how to fix it.

I've done that but when I look in that drive the electronic arts folder is not there but is instead on my C drive.
