Why did my only Sim disappear from my household and how do I add her back?

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Get Together, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Tiny Living Stuff Pack, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff, Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a household, move out, move back in, have a dog run away, adopt a stray, go to Manage Worlds, go back into the household. That's how it happened for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? Your Sim(s) disappear from the household, leaving only pets in your household.
What do you expect to see? My Sim still in the household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I had one Sim in my household (Ashlyn) with two dogs (Ario [CAS generated] and Mochi [Adopted]), and after Ario ran away, I adopted stray Mochi. I then realized I couldn't enter build mode because the household was only editable from Manage Worlds, so I went to Manage Worlds, and when I came back, Ashlyn just wasn't in the household anymore! As a result, I now only have a household with two dogs in it. Help!

    First, press Control+Shift+C and then type in "testingcheats true"

    Next, try using the cheat code "sims.get_sim_id_by_name [firstname lastname]

    Then use the cheat code "sims.summon_to_zone [id number]

    This is the cheat I used to bring back a dead sim who had no urn. Your sim is likely not dead because the pets are still there, but it will probably work.

    @SavyPlayz07 Does the Sim still exist in the household manager ?

    What kind of mods/cc are you using ?

    Moving this to tech for troubleshooting

    The thing is, Ashlyn is still THERE, I just can't interact with her.

    Edit: I am also mainly using CAS CC like Wasabi hairs, ADE hairs, etc. I also use the well-known (because of YouTubers) penguin skin and CC freckles. I don't have much CC clothing, all I have is a DDLC CC pack that comes with clothes & hair. I did just download a new furniture CC pack called Muttropolitain Dog Set. but I personally don't think that's what's causing the problem.
