Why did my sims university enrollment just disapear

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Spooky, Vampires, Seasons, Vintage Glamour, Luxury, Movie stuff, University, Paranormal, Magic, Laundry, Romantic Garden and Courtyard Oasis.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I did was log off one day and then on another
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims University enrollment disappeared entirely when I logged back on the term paper was still there but the uni classes and everything else was not there it was telling me to apply to a university.
What do you expect to see? My sims uni classes and progress. my sim was partway through the last semester. The classes should be displayed in the career tab, homework should be able to be selected and done, my sim should be going to classes, the term paper that for some reason is still there should be able to be edited, my sim should be able to do organisation tasks for the club they were apart of and I should be able to log on and off and expect that progress to be there after I save it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Each of the screenshots are showing the bug how I still have the option to submit an unnamed bugged term paper but not study for the four different classes my sim had, how my university enrollment disappeared with the bug and how its now telling me to apply for university
